Entrepreneur Andy Frisella was create 75 days hard challenge in 2019. 75 days hard challenge is not a fitness program but a "transformative mental toughness program."

Rules of 75 days hard challenge.

For 75 days complete all of the following tasks. If you miss doing any task for a day then starts it again from day 1. 

  • Follow a diet : Any diet planned you choosed but you can't cheat with you diet or drink any alcohol. 
  • Workout twice a day for 45 minutes: One of the workout must be outside.
  • Drink 4 liters of water daily 
  • Read 10 pages of nonfiction book daily.
  • Take progress pictures daily.

 If you cannot follow any of these five rules then you should start it from day 1.
